I went to at least six other tile stores before finding Palm, with Kerry assisting us with a big project. The other places I went to had basically sales people just pointing out tiles to choose from. Kerry not only helped with the tile selection and coordination, but with design and all of the details that other places I went to just didn't know how to do; such as borders, edging, grout color selection etc. It was so refreshing to work with Kerry at Palm Design - she is truly a professional designer, as well as being efficient, and demonstrating a friendly and kind demeanor throughout the whole process.
