I have been with Palm tile for a little over 1 year now. My company does 60-100 baths and kitchens per year, and I cannot imagine being without Palm tile as a resource and place to send all my clients. I never realized how under serviced I was until I went to Palm tile. I never realized how bad all the other tile companies, tile selections where, until introduced to Palm. And truth be told, I am only using Palm 100% because of Emily Hagen. There is nobody better more trust worthy, with design skills and talent, that I can send my clients to, then Emily Hagen. Doug you had better give her a substantial raise, before I give her an offer to come work for me. I went to at least six other tile stores before finding Palm, with Kerry assisting us with a big project. The other places I went to had basically sales people just pointing out tiles to choose from. Kerry not only helped with the tile selection and coordination, but with design and all of the details that other places I went to just didn't know how to do; such as borders, edging, grout color selection etc. It was so refreshing to work with Kerry at Palm Design - she is truly a professional designer, as well as being efficient, and demonstrating a friendly and kind demeanor throughout the whole process. I am already thinking of other projects to do now that we found a great designer at a great store! Thank you, Kerry for making our project exactly what we hoped for.
